General Assembly Issues Discussion on June 2, 12:30 p.m.
GA Issues Discussion: On June 2, at 12:30 p.m. in the sanctuary, come hear about the issues and elections that will be part of the business agenda at General Assembly June 19-23 in Louisville, KY. What are the issues that Unitarian Universalists will be grappling with this year at our General Assembly? Think “Immigration as a Moral Issue” and “Reproductive Justice.” What are the positions of leadership that will be decided at this meeting in Louisville June 19-23? Only the President, Moderator, Board of Trustee members, and a handful of others who will steer our movement over the next years. Important stuff. You can learn more about it on June 2, as the Denominational Affairs Committee presents information on these items. Delegates to General Assembly will receive their credentials at that time, but all interested people are invited to attend. For more information, contact Gail Sphar – Denominational Affairs
